Behind the Strategy
I am Anik Biswas, a product leader with over two decades of experience navigating the chaos of software development.
My career has been defined by one simple obsession: Clarity. Whether it is clarifying the vision for a startup founder or clarifying the roadmap for a confused engineering team, I believe that clear thinking leads to shipping great products.
I have led product organizations across FinTech, Ed-tech, Healthcare, e-Commerce, B2B SaaS, and Consumer Mobile, helping companies scale from Seed to Series E and beyond. I have had the rare opportunity to work with and scale 4 startups to unicorn level.
I am an alumnus of UCLA Anderson and hold an undergraduate degree in computer science & engineering from JIIT Noida. I completed my schooling from Modern School, Barakhamba Road.
Outside of work, I am a singer and a writer. I also love reading and capturing moments through my lens. I also enjoy mentoring aspiring product managers and sharing my knowledge through blogging and public speaking.
